The petitioner seeks transfer on self-medical grounds.

A list of schools where vacancies are available allegedly near the residence of the petitioner has been handed over by the learned advocate for the State respondents to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Commission that there is vacancy in a different school but the said vacancy has been earmarked for being filled up in the recruitment process being conducted by the Commission.

As it appears that the petitioner seeks transfer for medical reasons, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner for production of

documents in support of her ailment.

The Commission, after checking the medical records of the petitioner, shall ensure that a suitable vacancy is identified where the petitioner can be posted on transfer.

Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
