The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners would not like to press this application and would instead make a representation before the respondent authorities for seeking permission to conduct Jagadhatri Puja at the relevant place, which can be considered by the concerned authorities after hearing the interested parties. Accordingly, on the prayer of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
