It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the name of the writ petitioner has been rerecorded in the L.R. record of rights and as such, no further cause of action exists in the present writ petition.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition and as such, the writ petition being WPA 22702 of 2016 is disposed of. There shall however, no order as to costs.
