Mr. Dey, learned advocate representing the petitioner has submitted on instruction that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the concerned authority during the pendency of the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that nothing remains to be decided on this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
