1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner claims that despite participating in the written test examination and the viva voce, his name has not been included in the list of successful candidates in the recruitment process for the year 2009 and results whereof were declared in the year 2023.

3. The petitioner complains that he ought to have been declared successful.

4. In the backdrop of the above, this Court directs the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas to consider the writ petitioner's grievance as contained in the writ petition as a representation. The Chairman shall show the marks obtained by the petitioner and also pass appropriate order after hearing the petitioner, as to why the petitioner was not successful in the recruitment process.

5. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, South 24 Parganas within a period of one month from date and a reasoned order may be passed in this regard.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
