1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned Advocate of both sides.

3. The allegation as alleged is very unusual and definitely serious in nature as the present petitioner can have that mental intention of committing such an offence. However, the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and evidence is going on.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the prosecution that at this stage if the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed, it would have an adverse effect because of the rivalry in between the family members and the offence committed within the family itself.

5. Considering such fact of the case and as the evidence is going on, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner at this stage.

6. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands refused.

7. CRM (M) 1823 of 2025 is rejected.
