No. 193/ 2022 arising out of Singur Police Station Case No. 50 of 2022 dated 12.02.2022. The matter is pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, filed under Sections 341/323/354/506 of The Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, the matter was transferred to the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Chandannagar. The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is that the trial should be expedited.

Learned Counsel for the State did not raise any objection. The instant criminal revision being CRR 4145 of 2024 stands disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to hear the

matter and dispose of the same expeditiously without any unnecessary adjournment if sought for.

Accordingly, the criminal revision being CRR 4145 of 2024 stands disposed of.
