The petitioner alleges that the copy of the order of demolition was not supplied to him.

The petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit disclosing that during the pendency of the writ petition the order of demolition has been duly served upon him. The petitioner further submits that he has challenged the demolition order before the appropriate forum. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed and the writ petition stands disposed of.
