Learned counsel for the respondents/alleged contemnors submits that the order dated 21st June, 2024 has been complied with and a communication dated 20th March, 2025 issued by the CMOH and DH & FWS, Purba Bardhaman is placed before this Court. Copy of the same are kept with the record.

The applicants appear to have received copies of the said order.

In such circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. 4.

Hence, CPAN 1574 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
