Two reports have been submitted by the state. The first report relate to Raniganj PS Case no. 236 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024 wherein charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court and the present petitioner has not been implicated in connection with the same case.

A second report has been submitted which relate to the accusations made by the petitioner and an enquiry was conducted by Officer-in-Charge, Barabani Police Station after meeting the petitioner and enquiring from him if he has specific allegations against particular police officers concerned. Since the accusations of the present petitioner involved whole of the system concerned, I direct the petitioner to be very specific, take out an appropriate application

before the jurisdictional criminal court. On receipt of such application, under the relevant provisions of law, the jurisdictional criminal court will decide the same by adhering to the provisions.

Report so submitted by the state be kept with the record.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 24083 of 2024 is disposed of.
