1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witnesses, that is, mother and wife of the deceased show petitioner that is his father had assaulted him resulting in his death.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. The application for bail is thus rejected.

5. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

6. Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial Court for due compliance.
