Mr. Aniket Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the WBSEDCL submits a copy of the report. The said report dated 04.08.2022 be kept on record.

Ms. Baisali Basu, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report prepared by an officer attached to Karimpur Police Station. Let the said report dated 03.08.2022 be kept on record.

The report submitted by the police authorities dated 03.08.2022 reflects that the case has already been disposed of and the accused persons have been acquitted and fine amount of Rs.1,70,984/- has been paid to the Electricity Board. Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that further continuation of this revisional application is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3485 of 2005 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
