Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the private respondent for purchasing the property. Neither was the property handed over nor the money returned. The petitioner filed an application before the Consumer Forum. The Consumer Forum directed the private respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- along with interest and cost but the same has not been complied with. In such event, it shall be open to the petitioner to put the order into execution.

This is not a writ of police inaction. In fact, this writ petition is not even otherwise maintainable.

Therefore, the same is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.
