1. Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. No accommodation has been sought for.

2. By filing this revisional application, the petitioners seek for quashing of the proceeding of G.R. case no. 2599 of 2018 arising out of Cyber Crime Police Station case no. 23 of 2018 dated 16.9.2018 under Section 43/66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the same is pending before the court of learned additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri.

3. In spite of such revisional application filed in the year 2018, no copy of revisional application has been served upon the opposite parties. Several directions were passed by this Court to the petitioners to serve a copy of the revisional application but no copy has been served, no one represented on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation sought for. Even on earlier occasion also, no one turned up on behalf of the petitioners.

4. Considering the above facts, it seems that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the case. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3343 of 2018 is dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Connected applications, if any, are also disposed of.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for information and necessary action against the accused persons.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
