The petitioner submits that he filed a money suit against the private respondent. The private respondent has been threatening the petitioner to withdraw the said suit. Representations submitted by the petitioner before the police authority on February 28, 2025 and March 10, 2025 have fallen on deaf ears.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties the writ petition is disposed of directing the police authority to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner at the earliest. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
