Due to inadvertent and typographical mistake, in the cause title portion at the top of the order dated 5th September, 2024 the name of the cause title should be read as "Pranab Kumar Pal @ Pranab Kr. Pal -vs- State of West Bengal & Ors." instead of Pranab Kumar Pal -vs- State of West Bengal & Anr.

Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 5th September, 2024 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. Certified copy of the order dated 5th September, 2024, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
