Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victimhousewife suffered unnatural death within two years of marriage. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitionerhusband in torturing her. His bail prayer was rejected earlier and there is no change in circumstances since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
