The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application for educational loan be considered by the respondent no.6-the Branch Manager, Union Bank of India.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the innocuous prayer made, affidavits are not being directed and it is deemed that none of the allegations made in the writ petition are admitted by the respondents.

WPA 23291 of 2023 is disposed of by directing respondent no.6 to dispose of the application for education loan made by the petitioner as annexed to the

present writ petition as expeditiously as possible, positively within a fortnight from date.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
