The petitioner seeks certified copy of the entire case records including the petitions and the order sheets of Case No.AC-1289/2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

The petitioner submits that an application has been made for obtaining the certified copy of the aforesaid documents on September 23, 2025.

It has been submitted that the certified copy are required on urgent basis for defending the case which is due to appear before the learned trial court on October 14, 2025.

After hearing the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned officer of the learned trial court to take steps to provide certified copy of the required documents to the petitioner subject to compliance of all necessary formalities at the earliest.
