1. This is an application for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 61 of 2019 along with all connected applications filed under the provisions of Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 pending before the Additional District Judge, Fast Track 1st Court, Howrah.

2. The petitioner prays that there is urgency in the matter, as the petitioner seeks custody of a minor child. The order granting visitation to the father has not been complied with by the opposite party.

3. This Court is not inclined to go into the controversy raised by the petitioner. As the prayer for expeditious disposal is innocuous, service of notice upon the opposite party is not necessary. Expeditious disposal of any proceeding ensures benefit of both parties.

4. The learned Court is requested to dispose of the proceedings along with all connected applications, as

expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from the date of communication of this order.

5. This court has not gone into the merits of the pending proceedings. The learned Court will decide the matter independently.

6. With the above observations, the revisional application being CO 3699 of 2025 stands disposed of.

7. A copy of this revisional application shall be served upon the opposite party.
