Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner's minor daughter had gone missing. A missing diary was first registered. Thereafter, a police case being Nakashipara Police Station Case No.59 of 2023 dated 25.01.2023 was registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Penal Code, but no action was initially taken. However, after filing of the writ petition, the minor daughter of the victim has been recovered. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State intimates that one of the accused has been arrested and the police are looking for the other.

However, on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
