It appears that neither the respondents have their respective offices nor any part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court; therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. This order however will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate Court of law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
