1. Petitioner seeks waiver of the condition granting bail by the order dated November 19, 2024 as confirmed on December 4, 2024 requiring the petitioner to report before the Officer-inCharge of Chandannagore Police Station once in every fortnight until further orders.

2. There is nothing adverse to the petitioner in the report of the State.

3. Petitioner apparently complied with the conditions requiring to report to the officer-in-Charge of Chandannagore police station once in every fortnight.

4. In view of the police submitting charge sheet, we waive the condition requiring the requiring the petitioner to report before the Officer-in-Charge of Chandannagore Police Station once in every fortnight until further orders.

5. All other conditions of the order dated November 19, 2024 as confirmed on December 4, 2024 will remain the same.

6. CRAN/1/2025 in CRM (DB)/3290/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
