Therefore the matter can be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.

This Court is informed that the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is on December 10, 2024. In view of the fact that the interim maintenance granted to the petitioner has been temporarily reduced to Rs.50,000/- per month pending disposal of the appeal and the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar has been stayed, the learned Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the

appeal on the next date of hearing fixed before him and if the same is not possible, peremptorily within two months thereafter. CRR No. 4147 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
