1. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the objection of the State counsel, I find that the Court is going to examine the accused under Section 313 of the Cr. P.C. on 4th November, 2025 and it is also alleged that there are six antecedents against the present petitioner.

2. In view of the above, I am not inclined to allow prayer for bail of the petitioner.

3. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
