Mr. Firdous Saamim Ms. Gopa Biswas Ms. Mousumi Hazra Ms. Payel Shome ........For the Petitioners Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas ......For the Board According to the prayer of the petitioners, West Bengal Board of Primary Education has published the marks of the TET passed candidates of 2014 and 2017. Other grievance of the petitioners is that the TET certificates have not been issued. However, the petitioners have admitted that they have come to know the marks obtained by them both in TET 2014 and TET 2017. Therefore, there is no impediment for the petitioners to apply for the ensuing recruitment process.

Mr. Biswas, learned advocate for the Board has submitted that the TET certificates will also be issued very soon.

I hope and expect that the TET certificates will also be available to the candidates within a short period.

The petitioners pray for leave to file fresh application for receiving TET certificates, if it is not however received in a short period. Such liberty is granted.

With this observation the matter is disposed of.
