1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner intends to obtain certified copy of the documents from the office of the Sub-Registrar, Raniganj, Paschim Bardhamna.

3. The application made before the Sub-Registrar seeking certified copy is annexed to the writ petition. The same appears to be very vague. Neither the sale/registration number nor the deed number or the date of registration has been mentioned in respect of the subject property.

4. With such little or no information, it may not possible for the Sub-Registrar to provide the certified copy of the documents sought for.

5. It appears that, plot number in respect of which the petitioner seeks information is 1523 & 1772 of Mouza Jamuria and Nandi respectively.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to make searches in the registry office. After obtaining the specific deed number and date, application may be made before the authority for obtaining the certified copy of the same.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
