And In Re : Malay Guin .... petitioner Mr. Amitabha Karmakar Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ....for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, learned APP Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ...... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in an organized racket to dupe innocent persons on the false promise of setting up 5G towers. Further investigation is in progress.

In view of nature of offence having far reaching effect in society and as further investigation is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
