On careful consideration of the entire materials, this Court finds sufficient incriminating materials as against the present accused petitioner.

Considering the grievous nature of the case and also considering the nature of involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime, the prayer for bail of the accused petitioner is considered and rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 1212 of 2025 is dismissed.
