Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that so far as the petitioner/organisation is concerned, its logo, banner and other emblem are misused by the others including the private respondent. According to the petitioner, the organisation has been registered with the Registrar of Societies. None of the documents has been enclosed except a photostat copy of the certificate of registration and the information which was furnished on 09.12.2023 before the Inspector-in-Charge, Jamboni Police Station.

The petitioner is directed to produce all the original documents in its custody and also facts which are within its knowledge that the name of the organisation is being misused by the persons including the private respondent against whom allegations have been made. The said process be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Once the original documents are received by the Inspector-in-Charge, Jamboni Police Station, he would take a decision whether at all any offence has been made out and if any offence has been made out, he would proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 24115 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
