The prayers with regard to quashing and/or setting aside of the notifications by which a fresh etender was called for by the Executive Engineer (A-I), Bankura, Agri-Irrigation Division, are no more available to the petitioners as the e-tender process was taken to its logical conclusion and the remaining work which the petitioners failed to complete, has been completed by a contractor selected on the basis of the e-tender process which is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition.

With regard to the prayer for release of money to the petitioners for the work already done, the said prayer is already covered by the order of this court passed in WPA No.20841 of 2022.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
