The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Noapara Police Station in respect of FIR No.259 of 2022 dated 10th August, 2022.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 11th May, 2023 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Noapara Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the investigation has been completed and Noapra PS FRMF No.79 dated 27th March, 2022 has been filed in this regard before the concerned judicial magistrate.

Hence, this Court finds no inaction on the part of the Noapara Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
