We have considered the materials on record. We find petitioner, brother-in-law of the victim-housewife, is the principal accused who ravished him.

In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
