Applicants/Petitioners Mr. Ramkrishna Sarkar For the applicants/ petitioners Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala Mr. Ashok Das For the State The present application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, has been preferred, inter alia, praying for reduction of the amount of bonds, as directed by the earlier order of this Court on 22nd November, 2019.

The learned advocate appearing for the applicants/petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is aged about 72 years and is a chronic patient of hypertension and it would be extremely inconvenient for the petitioners to meet the condition of furnishing the bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each. He further submits that the petitioners have complied with other conditions, as imposed by the order dated 22nd November, 2019.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the averments made in the application, the amount of bonds to be furnished, as directed in

the earlier order dated 22nd November, 2019, is modified to the following extent.

"In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each".

The other conditions, as specified in the earlier order of this Court dated 22nd November, 2019, shall remain unaltered. The application, being CRAN No. 1 of 2021, is, thus, disposed of.
