The present revisional application has been filed against the continuance of Baruipur Police Station Case No. of dated 23.03.2016 under Sections 498A/379/468/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. I find from the materials on record that charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2016. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the revisional application. The only enclosures are the FIR and the charge-sheet. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the continuance of the proceedings at this belated stage. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3775 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
