Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 3926 of 2011 is hereby dismissed for default. Consequently, the application being IA No.CAN 1 of 2013(Old No. CAN 10627 of 2013) is also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
