The petitioner seeks relaxation of bail condition restraining him from entering the jurisdiction of Basanti PS except for attending the court proceedings and to meet the officer in charge of the concerned PS once in a fortnight until further orders.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has been complying with the bail conditions imposed upon him and nothing adverse has been reported against him. In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him not to enter the jurisdiction of Basanti PS except for attending the court proceedings and to meet the officer in charge of the concerned PS once in a fortnight until further orders are waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
