Heard learned Advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary.

On perusal of the entire materials available in the case diary, it reveals that sufficient quantity of incriminating materials being contraband syrup was seized from the possession of the present accused petitioner.

Considering the gravity of the crime and also considering the prima facie involvement of the present accused petitioner, prayer for bail of the present accused petitioner is considered and rejected. 5.

CRM (NDPS) 1213 of 2025 is dismissed.
