Petitioner is in custody for one year and forty six days. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record implicating the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance above commercial quantity. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
