1. The revisional application has been preferred challenging an order no.31, dated 25th June 2024 in Money Suit No.04 of 2021 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Purulia.

2. Vide the impugned order, the Learned Trial Court has accepted the written statement filed beyond the permissible period, as the Learned Counsel for the plaintiff/petitioner though raised an objection but stated that if the written statement is accepted, a cost may be imposed.

3. The Trial Court considering the said prayer of the plaintiff/petitioner accepted the written statement and directed payment of cost.

4. The petitioner has now challenged the said order on hearing the parties, this Court finds no merit in the case of the petitioner and as such, the civil revision stands dismissed. The Trial Court to proceed expeditiously with the suit.

5. C.O. 3450 of 2024 is dismissed.

6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stands dismissed consequently.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
