1. The present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Maintenance Case No. 82 of 2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas.

2. Perusal of the record shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for direction for expeditious disposal. However, the Court considers that the present application is total abuse of the process of law. The order sheets filed along with the application states that proceedings are being held at the learned Trial Court. It is also a matter of surprise that the petition was filed in 2025 and at the same time, the present application was filed for expeditious disposal.

3. In view of the above, the application being CRR 4533 of 2025 is devoid of any substance and accordingly, stands dismissed.
