1. Although the petitioner would complain that a construction work has been undertaken at premises no.10/1, Bhajahari Chakraborty Street, Belurmath, District - Howrah and he is not aware as to whether the same has been sanctioned by the municipal authorities, Ms.

Dhamali learned advocate representing Bally Municipality would submit that on instruction that a construction of G+3 storied building has been sanctioned at 10/1, Bhajahari Chakraborty Lane, Howrah in ward no.20.

2. According to her, there is no street with the name Bhajahari Chakraborty Street and the same, in fact, refers to 10/1, Bhajahari Chakraborty Lane. A copy of

the instruction dated 13th November, 2025 as placed before this Court is taken on record.

3. Having regard to the submissions made in Court, I am of the view that at this stage there is no cause for the petitioner to be aggrieved.

4. Thus, by directing the municipal authorities to ensure that details of the sanctioned building permit number is displayed at the local, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
