Review is sought in the judgment and order dated 5th September, 2024 passed in SAT 257 of 2023 on the ground that errors are apparent in the face of record. 2.

This Court has carefully scrutinized the pleadings and documents in the CAN application relied upon by the learned counsel for the appellant. This Court does not find any error apparent on the face of record. 3.

No new document has been produced that was hitherto not in the custody of the appellant to invoke the provisions of the order XLIII of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In the backdrop of the above, this Court is of the view that RVW 296 of 2024 is liable to be dismissed.

Consequently, all connected interim applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
