Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the encroachment directed to be removed from the public land, by the impugned judgment and order of the learned First Court, was complied with. In support of such contention, he relies upon three documents being Attendance Sheet, record of proceeding dated October 11, 2023 and a letter.

Copies of such documents be kept with the record.

In such circumstances, since the impugned judgment and order stands complied with and since none appears in support of the appeal, and the connected application made therein, it would be

appropriate to dispose of M.A.T.1906 of 2023 along with all connected applications thereto.
