None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. The instant appeal is preferred challenging the order dated 11.02.2013 passed by the learned First Appellate Court wherein the order passed by the Trial Court under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act was confirmed. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order passed by the First Appellate Court the instant revisional application is preferred by the present petitioners.

For ends of justice, I am not inclined to pass any adverse order today. List the matter under the heading 'Dismissal' three weeks after ensuing X-Mas Vacation.
