This is an application, wherein the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the application, being CRR 3781 of 2023 to it original file and number after setting aside the order of dismissal dated 14th March 2024.

Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State and also taken into account the weighty consideration that in such cases the proceeding should be heard on merit as far as possible unless the grounds shown in the application smack mala fide, the prayer for restoration is allowed after setting aside the order of dismissal.

The application, being IA. No. C.R.A.N. 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.
