Ms. Debolina Das .....for the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioner was granted bail on 19.12.2024.

Report has been submitted by the State which reflects that the conditions imposed while granting bail has been complied with. Having considered the same and the petitioner was granted bail almost 15 months ago, I am of the opinion that the conditions imposed be hereby waived.

However, this will not prevent the learned trial Court to impose condition which it deems necessary for smooth progress of the trial.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
