1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It is the prosecution case that the victim was attacked with arms including a pistol by the accused persons. One of the shots fired injured the victim.

4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim and the injury report, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
