In 6th line of 4th Paragraph and 6th line of 10th Paragraph of the judgment dated 17th December, 2024 "MAC Case No. 80 of 2019" shall be read as "MAC case No. 81 of 2019".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 17th December, 2024.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
