Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for Bpg.

Dismissed bail on the ground of detention of the petitioner for about 11 months. It has also been submitted that the materials collected by the investigating agency do not support the prosecution case. On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the State has relied upon the materials collected as also the deposition of the victim. It has further been submitted that only the evidence of the investigating officer is left.

Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1811 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
